Jackson L. Polk 8 mos. of Champaign died at 1:16 p.m. Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

Memorial services will be held from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday, June 12, 2017 at the Pear Tree Estate, Champaign. Renner-Wikoff Chapel, Urbana is in charge of arrangements.

Jackson was born on September 18, 2016 in Urbana, the son of Kipton and Amanda Bickel Polk.

Survivors include his parents of Champaign, maternal grandmother; Janice Bickel of Champaign and paternal grandmother; Marsha Slack of Gibson City.

Jackson was preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandfathers.
