CHAMPAIGN, IL- Jack Wolowiec, 61, of Champaign, IL, died Saturday, March 22, at Carle Foundation Hospital.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Patrick's Church, 708 W. Main St., Urbana, at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, May 1, 2014, with a visitation 30 minutes prior to the service at the church. A luncheon follows the service in the parish center.
