Ida M. Mosley 84 of Urbana died at 3:46 p.m. Friday, August 12, 2011 at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana with her loving family by her side.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 19, 2011 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, Urbana; the Rev. Mike Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens, Champaign. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Mosley was born on March 11, 1927 in Arcola, IL, the daughter of John and Katie Ann Miller Schrock. She married Bennie Carlos Mosley on June 18, 1950 in Arcola, he survives. They spent 61 loving years together.

Also surviving are three daughters; Gail (Steve - deceased) Williams of Champaign, Debbie (Mike) Lingk of Frisco, Texas and Sandy (Tim) Cook of St. Joseph, one brother; Omer Schrock of Hindsboro, one sister; Martha Ferguson of Arcola, four grandchildren; Melissa Williams, Kenny (Melissa) Schrock, Beth (Chris) Rinon and Samantha (Brian) Martin, and two great grandchildren; Tierra and Jordan.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson; Matthew Steven, three brothers; Eli Schrock, John Schrock, Jr. and Adlai Schrock, and two sisters; Mary Carter and Maggie Meyers.

Mrs. Mosley was a teacher's aide and lunchroom supervisor at Prairie School in Urbana retiring after 22 years.

She loved her family and liked helping others. In her spare time she enjoyed reading and working on crossword puzzles.

She will be greatly missed by those who knew her and loved her.
