Hieu Van Bui, 84, of Urbana, passed away at 12:17 p.m., Saturday, February 7, 2015 at his home. A visitation will be held Tuesday, February 10, 2015 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, 1900 S. Philo Rd., Urbana. A funeral Mass will begin at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 708 W. Main St., Urbana, with Rev. Fr. Joseph Hogan officiating. A graveside service will be held at St. Mary's Cemetery in Champaign, Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.

Mr. Bui was born March 5, 1930 in Vietnam. He is survived by his wife, Hue Thi Pham, children, Cuc, My, Hanh, Phuc, Thien, Hai, Dung, and Van Bui. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren.

Mr. Bui was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church. He made many sacrifices to provide a loving home to his family. He was an adoring caretaker to his wife in their elderly years.
