Heinrich Wilhelm Nottmeier, 95, of Urbana, IL, passed away at 10:16 P.M., Thursday, March 30, 2017 at his residence in Urbana.

A memorial service will be held 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at the Renner-Wikoff Chapel, 1900 S. Philo Rd., Urbana, IL.

Mr. Nottmeier was born December 18, 1921, in Germany, a son of Ernst and Christine (Vauth) Nottmeier. He married Jaroslava Hrdlickova on May 28, 1976 in Germany. She survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Christina Styles of Independence, MO, and Gabriele Bailey of Lookout Mountain, GA and one son, Jan Nottmeier of Urbana, IL. 5 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 8 siblings and a great grandchild.

Mr. Nottmeier was a financial manager for a courthouse in Germany for over 20 years.
