Glenda "Chris" Amos, 68 of Champaign died at 8:35 a.m. Saturday, July 11, 2015 at the Champaign-Urbana Regional Rehab Center, Savoy.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at the Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, Urbana. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Urbana. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Amos was born on March 17, 1947 in Kalamazoo, MI, the daughter of Melvin and Ruby Blacker McLaughlin. She married Bobby Amos in September 18, 1971 in Urbana, he survives.

Also surviving are one son; Jason R. (Natashia) Amos of Champaign, one daughter; Tonia Amos of Rantoul, two brothers; George McLaughlin of Urbana, Tom McLaughlin of Kalamazoo, MI, three sisters; Doris Bradshaw of Rantoul, Dixie Stalter of Champaign, Erva Rose of Urbana and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one brother; Larry.

Mrs. Amos loved her grandchildren and cross stitching.
