Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m., February 24, 2006 at Grandview Memorial Gardens, Champaign, Illinois. The Rev. Bill Dumpert will officiate. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. February 24, 2006, at Renner-Wikoff Chapel, Urbana, Illinois. She was born November 12, 1930, in Danville, Illinois, a Daughter of George Rutledge and Virginia Bradley. She married Earl Wines on January 21, 1956, in Urbana, Illinois. He survives.
