Ezekiel Short III., 39, of Villa Grove died at 1:30am Sunday (November 14,2021).

Ezekiel (Zeke) (Lil Dad) was born August 18, 1982, in Champaign, the son of Ezekiel Short Jr. and Annette Short. They preceded him in death. Ezekiel was also preceded in death by his sister DeAngela Short.

He is survived by two sons, Myles Short and Zane Ham; two daughters, Natacia Stillwell and Meadow Runge; three brothers, Derrick Hugger, Darrin Short Sr, and Tony Short; one sister Donna Short.

Ezekiel was also a fun, loving uncle to several nieces and nephews. A friend to many. And soon to be a grandpa to his first grandchild La'Miya Williams.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time.
