Obituary

Eula B. Skinner, 91, of Bald Knob, Arkansas, passed away at 4:50 P.M., Sunday, December 2, 2012 at her son's residence in Bloomington, IL.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Crusaders Church in Urbana, Illinois. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church. Rev. Richard Jones and Rev. Marsh Jones will officiate. Burial will be held at Grandview Memorial Gardens, Champaign, IL.

Mrs. Skinner was born December 30, 1920, in Alicia, Arkansas, a daughter of John William and Cora Frances (England) Dunn. She married Clarence H. Skinner on July 22, 1939 in Caraway, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on September 25, 2002. Survivors include a son, Dennis Skinner and wife, Karen of Bloomington, IL; three grandchildren, Chad Skinner (Ruthie), Kimberly Skinner Sayler (Jeremy), and Geoffrey Skinner (Andrea); four great-grandchildren, Emma, Zachary, Joshua and Victoria. A brother, Charles Dunn and a sister, Mary Dunn, both of Manilla, Arkansas, also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a sister and a brother.

Mrs. Skinner attended schools in Hopewell and Hoxy, Arkansas. She was a member of the Church of God in Bald Knob, Arkansas, and she enjoyed quilt-making.
