Ethel Katherine Williams 95, of Decatur formerly of Urbana died at 10:05 a.m. Wednesday, December 10, 2005 at home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 15, 2008 at First Presbyterian Church, Urbana, the Rev. Dr. Philip Gittings officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Urbana. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Church. Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Williams was born on July 23, 1913 in Cloquet, Minnesota, the daughter of Oscar and Hilda Sari Alaspa. She married Jerome Earl Williams on August 14, 1937 in Iron Mountain, Michigan; he died on February 25, 1965.

Survivors include four sons; Jack Williams of Salem, Oregon, Jerome (Carole) Williams of Westerville, Ohio Bruce (Felicity) Williams of Decatur, and Keith (Sheryl)Williams of Opelika, Alabama, eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

Mrs. Williams retired from EKN Honorary Fraternity as the Administrative Secretary.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Urbana.
