Elizabeth Jean Bloemker, 86 of Urbana, passed away Wednesday November 27, 2024 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.  Jean was born March 30, 1938 in Urbana, the daughter of Jesse and Violet (Collins) Penrod.  She married Gerald Bloemker and he preceded her in death November 9, 2019.

She is survived by four sons, Ted Bloemker, David Bloemker, Michael Bloemker, many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Elizabeth was a homemaker, a country music fan and enjoyed cooking.  She also worked at the Urbana School District Cafeterias.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel & Crematory.  Rev. Glenn Corbley will officiate.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.  Burial will be in Eastlawn Cemetery, Urbana.
