PHILO, IL- Elizabeth Rose Andrews, 88, of Philo, IL, passed away at 4:08 PM, Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Champaign-Urbana Regional Rehab Center, Savoy, IL.

Elizabeth was born November 18, 1922 in Peoria, IL, a daughter of Jacob and Martha (Rosinski) Giebelhausen. She married Edward W. Andrews on October 12, 1946 in Peoria, IL. He preceded her in death on July 4, 1967. Also preceding her in death were her two brothers, Dr. Gustav Giebelhausen and Ernest Giebelhausen both of Peoria, IL. Survivors include a son, Robert J. Andrews of Chicago, IL and a daughter, Deborah E. Mandel of Philo, IL; a granddaughter, Rachel Andrews Ballenger and a great granddaughter, Kathryn Andrews, and two sisters, Josephine Lanxon of Metamora, IL and Mary Russell of Aurora, Colorado.

Private family services will be held.
