Eleanor Jean Haworth, 82, of Urbana, died at 10:40 a.m., July 31, 2009 at Carle Foundation Hospital.

A graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens in Schererville, IN. There will be a visitation 4:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 4 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel 1900 S. Philo Rd Urbana.

Eleanor Haworth was born October 22, 1926 in Champaign, IL the daughter of Elzzy and Mary Easterday Warren. She married Arvon "Lucky" Haworth on March 12, 1945 at the Champaign County Court House. He preceded her in death June 1988.

She is survived by two daughters, Mary Jean Mansfield of Urbana, and Donna Sue Thornberry of Cedar Lake, IN; nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and six brothers.

Mrs. Haworth was a member of Southern Baptist Church.
