Diana Pinkston, beloved wife of the late Bob Pinkston, peacefully passed away on May 27, 2024. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother (Wawa), a trusted sister, and a best friend to many. Diana's life was a testament to love, compassion, and service. As a nurse, she dedicated herself to caring for others, leaving a lasting impact on those she treated and worked alongside. Her nurturing nature extended beyond her career as she poured her heart into her family, finding immense joy in loving those beyond measure. Diana and Bob shared a beautiful bond that transcended time, and though he preceded her in death in 2012, their love continues to inspire all who knew them. She treasured every moment spent with her family, whether traveling to new destinations or simply creating cherished memories together that will be forever held dear. In addition to her husband Bob, Diana was preceded in death by her mother, Betty J. Falk, her father Maj. Warren P. Falk, and her brother, Dennis J. Falk. Diana is survived by her son Troy (Rachel) Pinkston, of Mahomet, and her treasured grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Larry (Evelyn) Falk, Xenia, Ohio, her sister, Lynn (Michael) Armstrong, Urbana, Il, and her sister-in-law Jacki Buckingham, Champaign, Il. In her passing, Diana leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and selflessness that will continue to resonate in the hearts of all fortunate enough to know her. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for her unwavering love and the profound impact she had on the lives of those around her. The family will hold a private ceremony to honor Diana's life and legacy. Diana will be laid to rest next to her husband, Bob, in Mt.
