Debra C. Martin-Haynes 50 of Mansfield died at 9:20 a.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at the Bement Healthcare Center, Bement.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2012 at the Mansfield United Methodist Church, Pastor Sharon Monroe officiating. The family will recieve friends folowing the services at the church.

Debra was born on August 26, 1961 in Urbana, the daughter of Raymond and Gloria Henderson Haynes.

Survivors include her father of Memphis, Indiana, two sons; Jesse Dean Harris and Austin William Harris both of Mattoon and one grandchild.
