Deborah Ridenour Fotzler, 61, of Urbana died on Friday (July 17, 2015) at home.

A visitation will be held at 11:30AM on Wednesday, July 29th at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Urbana. A Celebration of Life service will begin at 12PM with lunch to follow.

Debbie was born July 4, 1954, in Knoxville, Tennessee, the daughter of JC and Dolly Ridenour. She attended West High School in Knoxville and East Tennessee State University. She married Lyle Fotzler on April 21, 1984.

Debbie is survived by her husband Lyle Fotzler of Urbana, son Matthew (Amy) Fotzler of Champaign, and father JC Ridenour of Knoxville, TN, as well as her brother-in-law Neil (Linda) Fotzler of Urbana, nephew Jon (Kim) Fotzler of Oak Park, and niece Emily (Jeremy) Tidemann of Urbana.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dolly Ridenour.

Debbie was an involved member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church. She served as a Stephen Minister, deacon, Sunday school teacher, and ministry team leader, coordinating many church events. She was also involved in Bible Study Fellowship, attended studies and co-led children's classes for 12 years.

Her favorite hobbies were gardening, cross-stitch, and watching NASCAR.
