Curtis Ray Austin 56 of Urbana died at 6:40 a.m. Friday, November 5, 2010 at home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at the Apostolic Life Church, Urbana; Rev. D.L. Rogers will officiate. Burial will be in Eastlawn Cemetery, Urbana. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Austin was born on April 23, 1954 in Champaign, the son of Dale Austin and Stella Collins.

Survivors include a daughter; Michelle Austin of Urbana, two brothers; Leonard Collins and Clifford Austin both of Urbana, and two sisters; Velma Varel of Hastings, Nebraska and Wilma Pobanz of Tampa, Florida.

Mr. Austin was a press operator at Flex - N- Gate.

He was a member of Apostolic Life Church in Urbana and he did a lot of volunteer work.
