Cuong Tran 70 of Champaign died at 9:12 a.m. Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

Funeral services will be at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, January 3, 2015 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, Urbana. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 2, 2015 at the funeral home.

Mr. Tran was born on October 1, 1944 in Vietnam, the son of Lien and Ly Pham Tran.

Survivors include one son; Kiet Tran of Champaign, three daughters; Lan Tran, Tram Tran both of Champaign and Phuong Tran of Durant, Oklahoma, three sisters; Hanh Pham of Danville and two sisters in Vietnam and eight grandchildren.

Mr. Tran worked for Rantoul Products.
