Cloyce E. Kelley, 77 of Urbana, died 1:05 p.m. Sunday, June 15 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana. Funeral Services will be at 4:00 p.m. Wed. June 18 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel, 1900 S. Philo Rd., Urbana with visitation one hour prior to service time. Rev. Michael Smith will officiate.

Mr. Kelley was born in Cozy Home, Arkansas on March 9, 1931, the son of Shelton and Pearl (Harrington) Kelley. He married Helen "Red" Davis on October 17, 1969 in Urbana. She survives. Also surviving are sons and daughters; Joel Hall of Idaho, C. E. Kelley, Jr of Arizona, Linda Boyce of Mascoutah, John Hall of Urbana, Kay Lynn Roseland of Iowa, Lori Branine of Kansas, Ray Kelley of Oklahoma, Roger Kelley of Mahomet; brother, Keith Kelley of Urbana; sister, Caroline Gibbs of Indiana; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Mr. Kelley was a self employed dry wall contractor. He enjoyed fishing, deer hunting and golf.
