Carolyn Sue Duncan 80, of Urbana died at 5:37 a.m. Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at home.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 9, 2014 at the Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, Urbana, Cloydia Larimore will officiate. A reception will be held from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Duncan was born on March 30, 1934 in Champaign, the daughter of Ralph Edward and Ruth Rachel McCollum Woodworth. She married Robert Eugene Duncan on March 15, 1953 in Fithian, he survives.

Also surviving are five children; Don (Kathy) Cole of Houston, Texas, Jane (Robert) Mumm of Sidney, Sally (Stuart) Duncan of Urbana, Jerald (Tara) Duncan of Gilbert, Arizona and William (Miranda) Duncan of Champaign, three brothers; Scott (Fran) Woodworth of Roark, Kentucky, Kent (Linda) Woodworth of Ames, Iowa and Kevin Woodworth of Pearl River, New York, nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one great great grandson.

Mrs. Duncan retired as a real estate appraiser for Whitsitt Associates.

She loved her family and enjoyed poetry, gardening, sewing, architecture and going on nature walks.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army or Presence Hospice.
