Carol A. Craig, 76 of Urbana died at 1:30 a.m. Monday, October 24, 2016 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.

Memorial services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, October 27, 2016 at the Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, Urbana; Rev. Richard Smith will officiate. A reception will be held from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Carol was born on January 13, 1940 in Tuscola, the daughter of Jack and Nettie Ashwill Tenbrook. She married Richard Craig on April 14, 1972 in Champaign; he died on July 24, 2004.

Survivors include her mother Nettie (Pete Lipscomb) Tenbrook of Urbana, one son; Randy (Sue) Craig of Champaign, one daughter; Rinda (Larry) Schwab of Wenona, one sister; Patricia (Vic) Jeske of Schaumburg, one grandson; Al Craig and one nephew; Justin (Debbie) Potts.

She was preceded in death by her father and husband.

Carol retired from McKinley Health Center as a nurse.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Champaign at Savoy.

Carol loved her family, bowling, nature, animals, fishing, camping and the lake.
