Beverly L. Meyers, 77 of Champaign died at 10:13 a.m. Friday, February 22, 2008 at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 25, 2008 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel and Crematory, Urbana. The Rev. Debra Owen will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Urbana. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Meyers was born on April 4, 1930 in Champaign, the daughter of Artie E. and Carol McCurry Barham. She married Jay Meyers on October 15, 1949 in Champaign, he survives.

Also surviving are two sons; Douglas F. (Patricia) Meyers and Wesley J. (Mary Beth) Meyers of Champaign, three brothers; Kenneth Barham, Bennie Barham and Jerry Barham all of Champaign, one sister; B. Frances (Boots) Watts of Indian Harbour Beach, Florida, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Mrs. Meyers loved history, and crossword puzzles.
