Beverly Ann Grob, 86, of Rantoul, formerly of Urbana passed away at 3:45 am on Friday, October 6, 2017 at Carle Foundation Hospital.

Beverly was born on October 3, 1931 in Seymour, IL to parents Thorne L. and Mary Ellen (Rosenberger) Matteson. They preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death was her brother, Deak (Sonny) L. Matteson.

She is survived by her children; Sonja (Robert) Lane, Warren (Donna) Grob, Rebecca Warren, Christopher (Nancy) Grob and Regina Moore. Her siblings; Carol Langer, John (Dawn) Matteson, fourteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren also survive her.

Beverly went to Champaign schools and worked as a housekeeper for over thirty years. Beverly Loved being outdoors. She enjoyed camping, fishing and picnics. She also enjoyed fireworks and watching her brother's band. She loved long car rides in the country.
