April Marie Vaughn of Seymour, IL passed away at 6:24 a.m. on Monday, September 3, 2018 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana

April was born in Champaign on October 2, 1977 to parents Larry and Nancy Vaughn.

She is survived by her father Larry Vaughn of Seymour; mother Nancy Miller of Marion IL,

Her three sons; Dylan Vaughn of Champaign, Austin Vaughn and Trenton Vaughn both of Seymour.

Her siblings; Tracey Alex of Branson Mo., Larry Vaughn Jr. (Jenny Chaney) of Champaign and Cory Miller of Urbana IL

Many cousins, Aunts and Uncles, Including a very special adopted Aunt Michele LeCrone, and her beloved dog who rarely left her side "Jewels"

There will be a Private family service held at a later date
