Alice Baker, 76, of Champaign, died 2:25 P.M. Tuesday July 3, 2007 at Provena Covenant Medical Center Urbana.

A memorial service will be held Saturday July 7, 2007 at 3:00 P.M. at Renner-Wikoff Chapel & Crematory 1900 S. Philo Rd. Urbana. Visitation will be from 1:00- 3:00 P.M. on Saturday.

Alice Baker was born October 14, 1930 in Chicago a daughter of Robert and Marie Lewandowski Wittbrodt. She is survived by her devoted husband of 56 years, James E. Baker, three children Karen Brown of IN, James R. Baker of MA, Debra Trachy of FL, a sister Shirley Penny of Urbana, five grandchildren Kelly Brown, Sean Trachy, Mary, Robbie and Michael Baker.

She was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.

Alice Baker retired from Christie Clinic after 30 years of service. Memorials may be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital. Condolences may be offered at renner-wikoffchapel.com.
