Alejandro Alex Coriano, 17, of Urbana passed away at 11:11 p.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2017, as a result of injuries sustained in a car accident.

A visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Renner-Wikoff Chapel in Urbana. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at the funeral home. Burial will take place after the service at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Mayview.

Alejandro was born on January 25, 2000 in Urbana to parents Alejandro Coriano and Melissa Arnold. They survive. Also surviving are his sisters; Danyella Coriano and Maxie Zekthi, his grandparents Maria Arnold and Carlos Figuera, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather George Arnold.

Alejandro was going to be starting his senior year at Urbana High School. He worked as a lifeguard and swimming instructor at Crystal Lake Family Aquatic Center and was a member of his high school soccer and swim teams his freshman year.

He played baseball and football throughout grade school, and was involved in football, soccer and wrestling during middle school.
