Bob was the kind of man who had to stay busy and enjoyed helping people and was a friend of Bill W. for 28 years. He worked as a counselor for Carle Foundation Hospital, a drug and alcohol counselor at Crosspoint and the Prairie Center and most recently he was the Director of the Salvation Army Men’s Shelter.
He had many close friends that he regarded as family and that meant so much to him. Bob was an amazing father, son, brother, grandfather and friend, he was a hero to everyone who had the honor of knowing him. He left this life on his own terms and with great dignity. He was loved by so many and will always be in our hearts and will never be forgotten.
