URBANA, IL- Albertina “Tina” Emma Strauser, 87, of Urbana, IL, passed away at 8:12 P.M., Monday, July 16, 2012, at Country Health Nursing Home, Gifford, IL.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, July 21, 2012 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1407 Scovill, Urbana, IL. Renner-Wikoff Chapel, 1900 S. Philo Rd., Urbana, IL, is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Strauser was born May 21, 1925 in St. Louis, Missouri, a daughter of Elmer and Emma W.(Lodholz) Waltman. She married Elwood Strauser on September 11, 1948 in St. Louis. He preceded her in death on April 30, 1981. Survivors include two daughters, Tina Killeen (John) of Rantoul, IL and Mary Strauser of Urbana, IL. Three grandchildren, Jerry Hitchcock (Tina), Kevin Blandford (Silvanna) and Susan Foerst (Justin); great grandchildren, Stephen Blandford, Richard Blandford and Cameron Foerst; as well as, Graylin and Tuscany Vandergriff. She also survived by a sister, Lucille Stockwell (James) of Fenton, MO, and a brother, Ronald Waltman of Cabot, Arkansas.
